The project is located within Zayed Port, of nominal areal 172,350m2. The area shall be developed by utilizing the entire plot around the existing Cruise Terminals, includes the followings:
- Master planning (Roads, Landscape and Infrastructure).
- Concourse Building
- Street Food Trucks and F&B Outlets
- Taxi Station Building
- Helicopter Tour Center
- Flower Market
- In-door Souq
- Preparation of Architectural Concept and Detailed Design, covering all disciplines & trades.
- Liaison with Authorities for permitting.
