Two typical structure steel buildings, each accommodates 4 stages, attached to double Storey offices blocks. The buildings are specifically designed to meet Studios’ requirements of STC-60 sound loss rating and high air-conditioning demand, each of 17m clear height. This is in addition to 12m high warehouses, to accommodate dry stores & support facilities of total built-up area: 31,500m2.
Scope of Work: Preparation of Architectural Concept and Detailed Design, covering all disciplines & trades.
- Preparation of Construction Tender Package. - Liaison with Authorities for permitting.
