A long term service agreement, to provide project management and technical support for the general service department of NDC.
The service covers overlooking the renovation & fit out works of the existing 18 Storey offices and administration building, VIP offices & seminar rooms as well as the service facilities within Abu Dhabi City
Scope of Work: - Preparation of Architectural Concept and Detailed Design, covering all disciplines & trades. - Preparation of Construction Tender Package. - Liaison with Authorities for permitting. - Construction Supervision.
