The project is located within Health Plus IVF Center, Villa 1, Level 0 & 1 of total area 500m2, including additional of new Operational Theatre with its functional areas, upgrading at the existing AC system of old Operational Theatre and embryology.
- Preparation of Schematic Design, covering all disciplines & trades.
- Liaison with Authorities for permitting.
- Preparation of Construction Tender Package.
